Requirements
- Systems-level thinking with a strong preference for simplicity and end-to-end design - Ability to generate options quickly and make clear decisions on what to ship now versus later - Comfort focusing independently in a busy remote team while engaging stakeholders when needed - Demonstrated collaboration with designers, marketers, and product managers who hold strong opinions - Practical Kotlin Multiplatform experience (Java background acceptable)
Nice to have
- Prior production experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Benefits and work setup
- High-growth environment with meaningful influence over product and engineering direction - Entrepreneurial team culture that supports initiative and intuition - Hands-off management style that enables deep, focused work - Asynchronous work culture with a friendly, laid-back atmosphere - Opportunity to build a product that helps people with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, low vision, concussions, and autism - Work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and audio technology
