Senior Product Manager (UK)

Role overview

A senior product management role owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a Windows-based endpoint security platform that powers protection, detection, response, and management at global scale. The position translates complex operating system and security requirements into clear priorities and drives delivery alongside engineering, threat intelligence, managed detection and response operations, product marketing, sales, customer success, support, and strategic technology partners. The role requires close partnership with Microsoft on initiatives that influence the endpoint security roadmap and customer trust.

Responsibilities

- Define the long-term direction for the Windows endpoint platform and convert OS and security needs into prioritised product plans - Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, threat intelligence, operations, marketing, sales, customer success, and support - Shape agent architecture, security controls, deployment models, performance, compatibility, telemetry, and platform change management - Partner with Microsoft on joint roadmap initiatives that affect endpoint security and market leadership - Collaborate with strategic technology partners to align platform evolution - Balance customer outcomes, technical scalability, and global go-to-market considerations

Requirements

- Deep knowledge of Windows operating system internals - Strong endpoint security judgement, including agent architecture and security controls - Proven senior product management experience in a complex technical or security domain - Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions - Experience influencing external partners and contributing to ecosystem-wide initiatives - Legal authorisation to work in the posted jurisdiction without employer sponsorship

Nice to have

- Background in endpoint protection, extended detection and response, managed detection and response, or related cybersecurity fields - Experience with platform-level change management and telemetry strategy
