Role overview The position leads the strategic and technical push to turn a software organization into an AI-First Software Factory. It blends hands-on expertise in modern generative AI with executive-level influence, owning how software is specified, built, sold, and supported. The role partners directly with the C-suite and technical leads to convert AI capability into measurable competitive advantage for clients.

Responsibilities - Own the evolution of the software development lifecycle, moving teams from manual coding toward Spec-Driven Development practices. - Identify and deliver automation opportunities across internal functions such as sales, HR, and finance using intelligent workflows. - Design, prototype, and deploy autonomous agents and advanced retrieval-augmented architectures that connect AI to internal tools and data. - Partner with the sales organization on presales conversations, translating AI capabilities into concrete business cases and time-to-market gains. - Drive adoption of AI-native development environments and orchestration frameworks across engineering teams. - Shape how generative user interfaces are defined so product surfaces adapt dynamically to user intent.

Requirements - Eight or more years in the software industry, with progression from senior technical roles such as architect or tech lead into strategic or product-oriented positions. - Deep, hands-on command of leading generative AI systems, including OpenAI GPT-4o/o1/o3, Anthropic Claude 3.7/Sonnet, and DeepSeek, with clear understanding of reasoning, latency, and cost trade-offs. - Proficiency in AI-native development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf, and experience rolling out Spec-Driven Development frameworks. - Practical experience designing agentic workflows and advanced RAG architectures using orchestration tools such as LangChain and CrewAI, including Model Context Protocol integrations. - Strong knowledge of operational automation platforms like n8n or Make for cross-departmental process automation. - Demonstrated ability to support presales on high-value opportunities by articulating AI value in business terms.

Nice to have - A track record of public-facing thought leadership, such as conference speaking or technical writing. - An early-adopter mindset with a documented habit of staying ahead of major AI advances.
