Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives as the pre-sales technical resource for small and mid-sized business opportunities - Discover, document, and clarify each prospect's technical and product requirements - Build solution and integration documentation that maps requirements to platform capabilities - Deliver structured product demonstrations tailored to common small business use cases - Respond to standard questions about technical implementation and integration patterns - Escalate non-standard or complex requirements to senior team members when appropriate - Help ensure prospects are positioned for a successful onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - 1-3 years in a technology-focused role at a SaaS or digital marketing company - Foundational understanding of APIs, JavaScript, and marketing technology platforms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to lead structured, client-facing technical conversations within a defined scope - Solid organizational and documentation skills
