Senior Salesforce Engineer

Role overview Design and deliver Salesforce solutions, with particular emphasis on Service Cloud, to meet business needs. This senior engineering role spans implementation, testing, deployment, ongoing support, platform performance, and data security, while coordinating work across technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Build, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions using established engineering practices. - Diagnose and resolve platform issues, and provide ongoing break/fix support. - Coordinate multiple initiatives and communicate progress, technical concerns, and solution options to stakeholders. - Monitor platform usage, performance, and compliance, and help protect Salesforce data. - Apply Salesforce architecture principles to guide implementation decisions.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable professional experience. - At least six years of Salesforce development experience. - Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications. - Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. - Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications and understanding how platform architecture affects design. - Familiarity with Agile methods such as Scrum, plus strong written and spoken client communication.

Nice to have - Einstein Analytics experience, Salesforce Administrator certification, or Salesforce DX experience. - Experience with source control and GitHub Actions.

Benefits and work setup - Listed annual base salary range: $155,000–$180,000; compensation varies with skills, experience, and location. - Full-time employees may receive stock options and can enroll in group health plans. - Paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and a 401(k) savings plan are included for eligible employees.
