Go-To-Market Engineer (Office of the Founder)
Job details
About this role
Role overview A Go-To-Market Engineer role embedded in the Office of the Founder at a cloud-native radiology software company, taking full ownership of the technical backbone behind the sales and marketing motion. The work spans production code on the company website, an internal AI plugin used by the GTM team, analytics dashboards, and end-to-end RFP and security questionnaire responses. It is a jack-of-all-trades position aimed at someone early in their career who wants maximum ownership and an apprenticeship-style view of how a high-growth company operates.
Responsibilities - Own and harden the AI plugin (Claude-based, Python core) that powers research, meeting capture, drafting, briefs, RFP answers, and analytics for the GTM team. - Maintain a GTM analytics dashboard that consolidates CRM, marketing automation, and web data into leadership-ready numbers. - Run the company website codebase end to end, translating Figma designs into production pages, animations, and visuals with measurable attribution. - Project-manage every RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire from intake through on-time delivery in the customer's required format. - Engineer the operational parts of the sales cycle (deal setup, proposals, contracts, cross-functional requests) into documented, instrumented programs. - Keep the GTM stack connected and reliable without manual hands-on administration.
Requirements - A computer science or adjacent degree, or equivalent demonstrated ability. - Ability to ship production code in TypeScript/React and Python, or to ramp up quickly. - Daily fluency with AI coding and agent tools, with a desire to make an entire organization work that way. - Clear writing, strong organization, and the stamina to run multi-week responses involving many stakeholders. - Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity, including genuinely building things rather than filing tickets.
Nice to have - Ambition to eventually start a company. - Healthcare, health-tech, medical-imaging, or other regulated-industry exposure. - Design sense in Figma, motion, or front-end. - Analytics or BI experience with SQL, dashboards, and GA4. - Side projects or a startup that real users have engaged with.
Benefits and work setup - Annual US base salary range of $90,000 to $220,000 depending on location and experience, plus equity and benefits (note: this range reflects the source's broader listings context). - Generous compensation plan with uncapped upside and stock options. - Unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, parental leave, and 401(k) matching. - Apple equipment and sponsorship for conferences and continuing education. - Hybrid work model with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago; some roles are eligible for fully remote work within the US.
