Sr Product Designer

Role overview A remote Senior Product Designer position is open on a globally distributed UX team that spans Europe, the UK, and the United States. The role owns end-to-end design within a specific product cluster, partnering closely with engineers and product managers from discovery through delivery. A meaningful share of the work focuses on complex, AI-powered product surfaces where trust, transparency, and human-in-the-loop design matter.

Responsibilities

- Lead design for complex AI-driven interactions, including trust, transparency, fallback states, and human-in-the-loop considerations - Run discovery, define interaction models, produce specs, and protect design intent through implementation - Use AI-assisted tools (such as Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, Vercel, Lovable, or equivalents) as a real multiplier for research synthesis, prototyping, and documentation - Partner with UX research on interviews, usability tests, and competitive analysis, turning findings into clear product direction - Build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes across web and mobile surfaces - Contribute to the shared design system by adding components, documenting patterns, and raising consistency - Communicate design rationale through strategic storytelling tailored to PMs, engineers, and senior stakeholders

Requirements

- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped B2B or enterprise SaaS work - Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex, ambiguous problem spaces - Systems-level thinking and meaningful contributions to a design system - Fluency with AI design and code tools, including the ability to evaluate AI outputs critically - Strong facilitation skills, including leading cross-functional workshops and coaching feedback culture - Comfort with distributed, async collaboration and willingness to work EMEA-aligned hours with occasional travel to the US and Europe
