Staff Engineer, Software

Role overview As a Staff Software Engineer on an enterprise engineering team, you will build the applications and services that connect the systems used by engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance groups. The work spans system design through deployment and support, with a focus on cloud-based, message-driven software and bringing AI capabilities into internal tools.

Responsibilities - Turn business and team requirements into technical designs and working software. - Build services and integrations primarily with C#/.NET and React. - Develop and maintain distributed, message-driven systems in the cloud. - Guide projects from design through deployment and ongoing support, sometimes leading and sometimes contributing within a shared codebase. - Make sound engineering decisions as priorities evolve and information is incomplete.

Requirements - Strong software engineering experience suited to a hands-on staff-level role. - Ability to design and deliver applications, services, and integrations across their full lifecycle. - Experience working with C#/.NET and React. - Familiarity with cloud systems and message-driven, distributed architectures. - Ability to learn quickly, collaborate closely, and exercise judgment in a fast-moving environment.
