NetSuite Developer

Role overview Develop and maintain a NetSuite ERP environment through configuration, custom development, testing, and integration work. You will partner with business and management stakeholders to translate operational needs into reliable system capabilities, improve processes, and support sound data and financial workflows.

Responsibilities - Configure, customize, and test NetSuite modules, workflows, objects, and other system functionality. - Assess business needs and implement forms, fields, customer records, and settings that support specific processes. - Plan and review configuration changes and customization requests, then test and deploy approved updates. - Investigate application behavior and improve system performance, stability, and data integrity. - Produce reports and data to support analysis, process mapping, change management, and continuous improvement. - Evaluate existing NetSuite features and define functional specifications for enhancements and financial system capabilities.

Requirements - Extensive experience designing, configuring, and customizing NetSuite software and interfaces. - Ability to translate business requirements into ERP workflows and functional changes. - Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for process improvements and useful system enhancements. - Ability to collaborate with management and align system configuration with business objectives.
