Senior Fullstack Developer (C#/React), Migrate - ShareGate

Role overview

A senior fullstack developer position focused on building a brand-new web application for a Microsoft 365 migration and governance platform. The role spans the full stack with React, TypeScript, and C#/.NET, contributing to architectural decisions and shipping production-quality features in a fast-moving, cross-functional product squad. The team operates with high autonomy, treating the project as a near-greenfield effort where technical foundations and reusable patterns are being established from the ground up.

Responsibilities

- Design and ship full-stack features for a new web application, meeting quality, performance, and UX standards from the earliest milestones. - Shape the team's technical decisions around libraries, API patterns, code structure, and testing strategy so each choice accelerates future delivery. - Partner with product and design to translate user needs into well-crafted experiences that solve real customer problems. - Integrate Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) reliably and securely to support migration and authentication scenarios. - Anticipate technical risks before they block delivery and bring concrete solutions that keep the team moving. - Raise the team's technical bar through code reviews, mentoring, and direct collaboration with engineers across the broader organization.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of professional software development experience, ideally in a product-oriented environment. - Strong frontend expertise with React and TypeScript. - Solid backend experience with C# and .NET. - Demonstrated ability to apply sound technical judgment within a product context. - Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver quality user experiences. - Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to constructively challenge product decisions. - Daily familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft APIs such as Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, or MSAL.
