Role overview Build and operate AI agents and workflows that help retain existing customers and identify relevant expansion opportunities. This embedded go-to-market engineering role connects customer usage, support, and renewal signals to timely actions by account and sales teams.

Responsibilities - Monitor renewal health and surface accounts at risk, with useful context and suggested follow-up actions. - Build a cross-sell workflow that assesses product fit, researches accounts, personalizes outreach, qualifies interest, and routes promising leads. - Maintain reliable data flows between product systems and the CRM, including data quality, attribution, and outbound deliverability. - Replace manual tasks with reusable automations that customer and sales teams can operate themselves. - Track pipeline, conversion, renewal results, and revenue impact; use controlled experiments to improve results. - Support adoption with clear procedures, demonstrations, and playbooks.

Requirements - Hands-on experience in RevOps, go-to-market or marketing operations, customer success operations, or a similar engineering role, including automation work. - Experience with low-code workflow tools and working knowledge of Python or TypeScript for integrations and data transformation. - Practical experience designing and shipping AI agents or LLM workflows, including tool use, orchestration, and evaluation. - Working SQL skills for querying and validating customer usage, support, and renewal data. - Strong CRM and data-modeling skills, with experience connecting product data to CRM records and managing outbound deliverability. - Understanding of subscription measures such as renewal rate, net retention, and customer lifetime value; able to partner directly with sales and account teams.

Nice to have Experience building AI-based qualification or scoring, working in B2B SaaS with multiple product lines, or explaining technical systems through published content.

Benefits and work setup Remote work across Canada, with access to a city office and twice-yearly in-person gatherings. The package includes base pay of CAD $110,000–$140,000, OTE of CAD $120,000–$155,000, a long-term incentive program, retirement contributions, family health coverage, telemedicine, a wellness budget, and flexible vacation.
