Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Guide the technical design and implementation of next-generation native Android applications. The work focuses on making effective use of device capabilities, shaping mobile architecture and technology choices, and delivering polished experiences while collaborating closely with other engineers.

Responsibilities - Lead implementation decisions for Android application features and foundations. - Design mobile applications and reusable frameworks. - Evaluate technical approaches and help set technology direction. - Build solutions that use native device capabilities to improve product experiences. - Collaborate with colleagues and support their technical growth.

Requirements - At least five years of mobile application development experience, including Android framework development. - Expert programming ability in Java or Kotlin. - Experience architecting and designing mobile applications or frameworks. - A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - A collaborative approach and a strong focus on end-user experience.

Nice to have - A master’s or doctoral degree, and experience designing large-scale, scalable systems. - Deep knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) and familiarity with Jetpack Compose. - C# familiarity, understanding of MVI architecture, or experience with Bitrise.
