About this role
Role overview Help build and operate customer communities across several brands, turning a broader community strategy into useful, consistent experiences for distinct customer groups. You’ll also run day-to-day employee advocacy activity, using engagement data and customer feedback to improve both programs and sharing insights with teams across the organization.
Responsibilities - Own content calendars for customer groups, develop posts and adapt the overall strategy to each audience. - Monitor community and social conversations, respond to customers, and route urgent issues to the right teams. - Track customer questions, problems, and suggestions; share patterns and practical insights with internal partners. - Connect community teams across brands by sharing playbooks, lessons, and approaches that improve consistency while respecting audience differences. - Run the employee advocacy program, including sourcing content, enabling participants, tracking performance, and recommending improvements. - Use monitoring and analytics tools to assess engagement, improve processes, and keep community guidelines effective; coach junior teammates as needed.
Requirements - At least five years of experience in community management, social media, customer service, support, or marketing. - Experience managing communities, content, or engagement across multiple brands, products, or audiences. - Familiarity with community platforms, group and page management, and content calendars; experience with Gainsight is preferred. - Experience with employee advocacy or ambassador programs, and familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau. - Strong relationship-building, communication, and coordination skills, including the ability to work across teams and respond thoughtfully to customer needs. - A data-informed approach to engagement and strategy, with the judgment to prioritize escalations and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
