Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, leading complex implementation and onboarding projects while delivering proactive account management through advisory, technical deep-dives, training, and escalation handling. - Assess client environments and architect tailored, scalable security solutions aligned with business goals and compliance needs, ensuring smooth rollouts and solving real-world deployment challenges. - Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Executive teams to shape product direction, resolve issues, and surface growth opportunities. - Build deep platform expertise and share best practices with internal teams and customers through service reviews, workshops, and technical engagement sessions. - Create insightful how-to guides, video content, and technical resources that empower customers and colleagues. - Travel up to 20% to support key client engagements as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Field Engineer, Senior Support Engineer (Tier 3–4), TAM, or Pre-Sales Engineer, with a track record of working with enterprise-level clients and delivering engaging technical training. - Strong background in endpoint security, with hands-on experience supporting host-based security solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Unix shell, plus hands-on experience with Postgres or other databases; familiarity with Windows Sysinternals tools is strongly preferred. - Strong project management abilities combined with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the agility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. - A proactive problem-solver and effective team player with a global perspective, quick to learn, and energized by measurable impact for both customers and internal stakeholders.
