Role overview
Build and operate production-grade generative AI systems that address real business needs. You’ll design agent workflows and the infrastructure around them, integrate models with data and business systems, and deploy services in cloud environments while working with engineers, analysts and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Design agent systems with planning, memory, state management and result verification using LangGraph. - Develop orchestration and execution layers for multi-agent workflows. - Implement agent-to-agent communication patterns and integrate them with other agent systems. - Connect language model APIs, RAG pipelines, vector databases and business applications to improve reliability and task completion. - Instrument and monitor system performance, latency, cost and output quality, then use findings to improve the systems. - Deploy and scale AI services on Google Cloud, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions and Pub/Sub. - Translate operational requirements into secure, maintainable solutions with business analysts and clients.
Requirements - At least two years of software engineering experience. - Strong practical experience building and coordinating agent workflows with LangGraph. - Proficiency in Python and Git. - Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering and tool or function calling. - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions and Pub/Sub. - Good written and spoken English.
Nice to have - Experience with Google’s A2A protocol or Agent Development Kit, and with LangSmith or comparable observability and evaluation tools. - Familiarity with LlamaIndex, Hugging Face or Neo4j knowledge graphs. - Financial services or luxury retail experience, or a Google Cloud certification.
