AI Transformation Consultant

Role overview

Help client organisations identify where generative and agentic AI can solve practical business problems, then guide them from strategy through implementation and adoption. You’ll work directly with business and technology stakeholders across industries, connecting their needs with engineering teams and supporting change on the ground.

Responsibilities - Assess client operations and identify promising AI opportunities. - Shape transformation strategies, prioritise use cases and develop adoption roadmaps. - Turn business needs into actionable specifications and coordinate with engineers on delivery. - Support solution rollout, user training and change management in client environments. - Lead workshops and demonstrations, manage day-to-day client relationships and help keep delivery on track. - Track developments in generative AI and bring relevant approaches to client work.

Requirements - At least three years in technology or AI consulting, implementation or another client-facing role. - Working knowledge of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents and agent frameworks. - Ability to advise on AI strategy and operational adoption. - Strong communication skills, including confidence with senior stakeholders. - Comfortable working across industries and business functions, and translating between business and technical teams. - Fluent English.

Nice to have - Experience in financial services, asset management or luxury retail. - Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks; Python skills. - Experience with on-site engagements at large organisations in Asia. - Additional Asian or European language skills.
