About this role

Role overview Own the product strategy and execution for a resident onboarding experience delivered through a major property-management platform partnership. The product helps property managers move residents from booking to enrollment in a resident benefits offering, so the role connects customer experience with measurable adoption and revenue outcomes. This is an individual contributor position with broad responsibility for partner alignment and internal delivery.

Responsibilities - Set and manage the onboarding roadmap, targets, milestones, and measures, including property enablement, enrollment, and resident adoption. - Build deep knowledge of how property managers use the partner platform for leasing and move-ins, and bring that understanding into product decisions. - Align product plans with the partner’s product and leadership teams, lead regular partner discussions, and deliver agreed commitments. - Turn customer insight and business priorities into clear requirements, technical tradeoffs, and plans that engineering can execute. - Coordinate product, engineering, marketing, and support so launches reach customers effectively. - Track results, explain progress to leadership, and refine the product through discovery and iteration.

Requirements - At least seven years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product line or platform and accountability for business results. - A record of translating strategy into a prioritized roadmap and securing support to build it. - Experience building products that depend on a partner’s platform and aligning roadmaps across organizations. - Ability to influence senior leaders, partners, customers, and internal teams, and to navigate difficult decisions with sound judgment. - Technical fluency sufficient to work credibly with engineering and assess architectural tradeoffs. - Strong curiosity about product performance, customer needs, and the reasons outcomes change.

Nice to have Direct experience with the relevant property-management platform, proptech or SaaS, or complex business-to-business-to-consumer products.
