Role overview A major mobile game studio is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own CRM strategy for one of the largest live-service mobile games in the world. The role centers on shaping how players are engaged across the full lifecycle through push notifications, email, in-game messaging, and emerging channels. The position can be based in a Barcelona studio on a hybrid schedule (three days in office) or remote from the UK.
Responsibilities - Own and drive the CRM product roadmap and strategy, spanning both player communications and internal tooling, translating behavioural and market insights into clear priorities - Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, reactivation, and lifetime player value across push, email, in-game messaging, Live Activities, and new surfaces as they emerge - Lead a cross-functional product area with dedicated engineering resources, guiding discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch, and measurement end-to-end - Advance CRM capabilities such as personalisation, segmentation, automation, decisioning, orchestration, and dynamic content delivery - Partner with analytics to monitor program performance and recommend continuous improvements grounded in data - Champion a structured test-and-learn culture through experimentation, A/B tests, segmentation strategy, and cadence tuning
Requirements - Significant experience in product management or a closely related product discipline - Background in gaming is strongly preferred, with entertainment or mobile app experience also relevant - Strong understanding of player lifecycle management and contact strategy in consumer products - Analytical mindset with confidence using data to surface opportunities and inform product direction - Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines in a fast-paced, live-operations environment - Player-first orientation with a drive to keep refining both product and communication strategy
Nice to have - Hands-on experience with Braze or comparable marketing automation platforms - Familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Looker - Prior work on live-service, casual, or social titles at scale
