Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automations that improve day-to-day business operations. - Work with tools such as HubSpot, n8n, AI-enabled workflows, APIs, and connected business systems. - Help connect applications and streamline the movement of information between them. - Investigate manual or inefficient processes and contribute to better system-based solutions. - Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver useful improvements. - Develop practical experience that can support progression into automation, revenue operations, business systems, or AI operations work.
Requirements
- Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn new tools and technical concepts. - Practical technical ability and comfort solving problems independently. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving startup environment. - Motivation to build reliable systems that improve how teams work. - Clear enough communication to understand operational needs and collaborate across functions.
Nice to have
