Product Manager

Role overview Help shape a technical platform for DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering teams as its first product manager in the United States. This foundational role owns a product area from customer discovery through roadmap definition and delivery, while establishing product practices and contributing to broader company direction.

Responsibilities - Set the strategy and roadmap for a platform domain, guiding features from idea to release. - Turn customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives into clear, scoped product requirements. - Work closely with engineering and design to define, specify, and deliver features in an agile setting. - Lead customer discovery to understand users’ workflows, challenges, and unmet needs. - Establish product processes and practices appropriate for an early product function. - Choose and track KPIs, conduct competitive research, and use findings to inform product direction.

Requirements - At least three years of product management experience in B2B SaaS. - Experience with infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or DevOps products. - A technical background or the ability to work effectively with engineering-focused teams. - Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work across functions in a fast-moving environment. - Ownership, initiative, and interest in solving complex technical problems and delivering customer value.
