About this role
Role overview
Lead end-to-end post-sale delivery for global enterprise customers of a commercial intelligence and supply chain risk platform. The role owns the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through handoff to Customer Success across complex, multi-workstream programs that often involve third-party partners. Success means on-time, on-budget deployments that unlock long-term retention and expansion.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 7+ years managing complex enterprise technology implementations, with engagement scope ranging from 30–60 day projects to 12+ month multi-workstream programs involving partners. - Hands-on experience with third-party risk management workflows and enterprise data products. - Demonstrated use of generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, data analysis, and workflow optimization. - Fluency in Agile methodology; familiarity with Waterfall/hybrid approaches; comfort with JIRA, Kanban, and similar tools. - Track record producing BRDs and SOWs and managing scope, budget, and acceptance criteria across multi-stakeholder engagements. - Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience navigating political friction and scope ambiguity. - Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Nice to have
- PMP certification or active pursuit of PMP. - Experience with ABAC and AML workflow implementations. - Familiarity with trade intelligence and risk data platforms. - Professional fluency in a second language relevant to EMEA or APAC customer engagement.
Benefits and work setup
- Base salary range of $100,000–$120,000 USD plus commission and equity. - 100% employer-paid medical, vision, and dental for employees and dependents. - 18 PTO days, 10 sick days, all US federal holidays, and a winter office closure (Dec 24–31). - Eligibility for a 401(k) match up to 5%, fully paid life insurance up to $100,000, and parental leave. - Collaborative culture with structured growth and learning opportunities.
