About this role
Role overview Join a remote-first fraud and risk platform team as a Solutions Architect focused on integrations across the MENA region. The role centers on leading end-to-end technical onboarding for clients using fraud, compliance, and AML products, translating complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions. It suits a hands-on architect who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bridging client needs with internal engineering teams.
Responsibilities - Lead implementation and integration projects for fraud and compliance products, from kickoff through production rollout. - Serve as the primary technical contact during client onboarding, guiding customers through setup, configuration, and go-live. - Author and maintain API, SDK, and integration documentation alongside other support materials. - Analyze client requirements from both technical and functional angles, designing solutions grounded in a deep understanding of platform capabilities. - Drive delivery by managing project quality, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple parallel engagements. - Relay customer feedback and field intelligence to product and engineering stakeholders to shape platform improvements.
Requirements - 7+ years of hands-on experience in roles such as implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, working with both internal and external technical teams. - 3+ years in B2B SaaS within payments, fraud, risk, or compliance domains. - Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to varied audiences. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive deliverables to completion. - Advanced proficiency in SQL querying and JSON payload analysis. - Working knowledge of OpenAPI specifications, web development, and scripting for internal tooling (for example, Python, Bash, Ruby, Go, or Postman-based workflows).
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first culture with flexible paid time off and a year-end break. - Compensation in cash and equity, with early option exercise including pre-vested tranches. - Provided laptop, a one-time home office setup stipend, and recurring allowances for meals, social meetups, health and wellness, and learning. - Position is remote within the UAE; compensation is aligned to the candidate's location, and employees must maintain a home base in the country where they are hired. - Some benefits (such as health, dental, vision, and retirement matching) apply only to employees based in the US and Canada and are not extended to this MENA-located role.
