Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant - East/Central

Role overview This Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant role sits within a customer success organization that supports large, strategic customers deploying an IoT platform for fleet and industrial assets. The position is remote within the U.S., focused on the East/Central region, and owns the customer relationship from onboarding through adoption. It is ideal for a technically fluent consultant who enjoys guiding enterprise customers through complex deployments across industries such as transportation, food and beverage, utilities, and passenger transit.

Responsibilities - Own the customer relationship for enterprise accounts after the sales handoff, driving successful deployment and adoption. - Lead implementation of IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets across diverse industries. - Advise strategic customers throughout the lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal. - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations. - Partner with internal teams to surface customer feedback and continuously improve implementation outcomes.

Requirements - Experience implementing technical products for enterprise customers, ideally in IoT, telematics, or a related domain. - Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills. - Ability to manage multiple deployments and stakeholders in parallel. - Comfort working remotely with periodic regional travel expectations for enterprise accounts.

Nice to have - Background working with trucking, transportation, food and beverage, passenger transit, utilities, or school bus operators. - Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or hardware deployment workflows.
