Role overview
Serve as a senior solution architect and trusted advisor for complex enterprise transformation programs. The role focuses on helping large customers realize business value from marketing technology, AI-enabled contact center capabilities, and unified customer data, while leading workstreams from discovery and solution design through delivery and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Advise business, technical, and executive stakeholders on platform strategy, solution options, and practical paths to business value. - Lead one or more workstreams within sophisticated enterprise engagements, owning key deliverables and coordinating contributors. - Facilitate workshops, explain complex concepts clearly, co-create a target vision, and secure customer alignment and acceptance. - Analyze requirements, risks, obstacles, and root causes, then define corrective actions and drive issues through resolution. - Manage expectations and negotiate solutions involving customers, internal teams, and third-party partners. - Review project direction, delivery approaches, and major artifacts to keep programs aligned, maintainable, and extensible.
Requirements
- For the senior level, at least 10 years of relevant experience delivering enterprise projects across complete software lifecycles. - Demonstrated success working with both agile and waterfall delivery methods. - Experience in at least one relevant industry such as product, automotive, consumer, or energy, with the ability to understand sector-specific business challenges. - Strong solution architecture, consulting, facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to work effectively with product owners, process owners, technical teams, executives, and customer leadership. - Experience guiding emerging technologies, automation, or AI capabilities toward measurable delivery outcomes.
