Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients after they begin care - Handle scheduling changes, billing questions, and troubleshooting of video-visit platforms - Respond to patient requests across phone, email, and text with empathy and professionalism - Translate complex information like billing or scheduling into reassuring, easy-to-understand guidance - Spot and resolve issues early, follow up proactively, and get things right the first time - Learn and adapt to new platforms such as electronic health records, messaging tools, and scheduling or billing software
Requirements
- Clear, kind, and patient communication style - Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and pride in accuracy - Composed and resourceful when juggling multiple requests - Comfortable picking up new software tools quickly - Genuine commitment to making mental health care accessible for older adults - Background in customer support, patient support, care coordination, or healthcare administration is welcome
