AI Solution Architect

Role overview An AI Solution Architect shapes how artificial intelligence is adopted across client engagements spanning fintech, healthcare, energy, and other regulated industries. The position blends pre-sales consulting with hands-on architecture, guiding projects through discovery, design, build, and ongoing maintenance phases.

Responsibilities - Lead pre-sale and discovery work, including RFI and RFP responses, effort estimations, and joint proposal authoring. - Define non-functional requirements, quality attributes, and architectural drivers for new and existing engagements. - Design AI-first solutions such as multi-agent orchestrators, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and AI-enabled product features. - Produce system designs, document architecture, and review implementation to keep delivery aligned with the agreed blueprint. - Identify project risks and constraints around scope, resources, and timelines, and guide development teams on architectural compliance. - Build proof-of-concepts and conduct code reviews to validate technical choices.

Requirements - Demonstrated ability to plan and execute an AI-aware IT strategy. - Practical experience with AI orchestration frameworks, agent-based systems, and LLM-based solutions. - Working knowledge of architectural patterns such as Modular Monolith, SOA, Microservices, Event-driven, and Serverless designs. - Ability to model data pipelines, data structures, and heterogeneous data sources. - Familiarity with business analysis, project management, and software testing techniques. - Comfort with DevOps practices and cloud services across production environments.
