AI Conversation Specialist - (Najran) Saudi Arabic

Role overview A freelance, fully remote opportunity invites native Najran-region speakers to partner with an AI training initiative by holding structured written conversations in Saudi Arabic and English. The work centers on business-oriented scenarios—finance, research, policy, and reporting—where your analytical judgment shapes how an AI model reasons through multi-turn exchanges. Hours are flexible with a minimum commitment of roughly ten per week, paid at fifteen US dollars per hour.

Responsibilities - Read scenario prompts and decide which information or outcome the conversation should explore. - Conduct written dialogues of about ten to fifteen turns, building the topic step by step in a natural, professional voice. - Cover subject matter drawn from financial analysis, business reporting, research or policy evaluation, and data-driven decision support. - Switch fluently between English and Saudi Arabic while keeping each exchange coherent and logical. - Meet project instructions precisely and surface ambiguities early.

Requirements - Native-level command of Saudi Arabic (Najran variety). - Working proficiency in English for following briefs and communicating with reviewers. - Demonstrated analytical thinking and a business-oriented mindset. - Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and tone. - Background in business or data analysis, finance, research, STEM, or technical writing is preferred. - Comfort working independently, managing your own schedule, and following detailed guidance.
