AI Conversation Specialist - (Najdi) Saudi Arabic

Role overview A freelance, part-time opportunity is available for an AI Conversation Analyst who is a native speaker of the Najdi dialect of Saudi Arabic. The role contributes to the training and evaluation of AI language models by producing structured, written business conversations. The work is fully remote and asynchronous, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

- Review each assigned scenario and decide what information, question, or outcome to develop - Run a written 10 to 15-turn dialogue with an AI system, progressing the topic in a structured way - Address professional subject areas such as financial analysis, business reporting, research and policy evaluation, and data-driven decision support - Preserve logical flow, realistic reasoning, and professional tone across each conversation - Switch between English and Najdi Arabic as the scenario requires - Work independently while adhering to detailed project guidelines and quality expectations

Requirements

- Native-level fluency in Saudi Arabic, Najdi dialect - Good working command of English for reading and following project instructions - Strong analytical and business mindset - Excellent written communication skills - Background in business or data analysis, finance, research, STEM, or technical writing is preferred - Ability to reason through scenarios, maintain realistic dialogue, and follow detailed instructions autonomously
