AI Conversation Specialist - Modern Standard Arabic (MSA)

Role overview A freelance, part-time opportunity is available for an AI Conversation Analyst who is a native speaker of Modern Standard Arabic (Saudi). The work supports the training and evaluation of AI language models through structured, written business conversations. The role is fully remote and asynchronous, with a flexible schedule suited to someone balancing other commitments.

Responsibilities

- Review each assigned scenario and identify the information, question, or outcome to be explored - Conduct a written 10 to 15-turn conversation with an AI system, progressively developing the topic - Cover professional topics such as financial analysis, business reporting, research and policy evaluation, and data-driven decision support - Maintain logical flow, realistic reasoning, and professional communication throughout each dialogue - Switch between English and Modern Standard Arabic as required by the scenario - Work independently while following detailed project instructions and quality standards

Requirements

- Native-level fluency in Saudi Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic) - Good working command of English, sufficient to follow project briefs and instructions - Strong analytical and business mindset - Excellent written communication skills - Background in business analysis, data analysis, finance, research, STEM, or technical writing is preferred - Ability to reason through scenarios, sustain logical conversations, and follow detailed instructions without supervision
