AI Conversation Specialist - (Hijazi ) Saudi Arabic

Role overview This freelance, remote position supports the training of artificial intelligence models through structured, multi-turn written conversations. The work is fully flexible, calls for roughly 10+ hours per week, and centers on Saudi Arabic (Hijazi) and English content within business and analytical domains.

Responsibilities - Review written scenarios and identify the information or outcome to be discussed - Conduct 10–15-turn written conversations with an AI system, progressively developing each topic - Cover subject areas such as financial analysis, business reporting, research and policy evaluation, and data-driven decision support - Maintain a logical conversational flow and professional tone across both English and Saudi Arabic (Hijazi) - Follow detailed project instructions and work independently

Requirements - Native-level proficiency in Saudi Arabic (Hijazi) - Good working command of English for understanding instructions and writing clearly - Strong analytical mindset with a professional background in business or data analysis, finance, research, STEM, or technical writing - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to reason through scenarios and keep dialogues realistic and coherent - Self-direction and consistent reliability in a remote setup
