The AI and Workflow Automation Specialist partners with business teams to identify repetitive processes and convert them into reliable, well-governed automated workflows. Responsibilities

- Map current business workflows, surface automation candidates, and prioritize them by impact and feasibility - Build integrations on platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n to connect CRM, marketing, support, and internal systems - Design AI-assisted workflows using approved models and APIs, including validation, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints - Implement error handling, logging, and rollback procedures so automations stay resilient in production - Document workflow logic, permissions, and dependencies; train end users and provide ongoing support - Track time saved, failure rates, and downstream business outcomes to demonstrate return on investment

Requirements

- Demonstrable track record shipping production workflow automations - Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats such as JSON - Hands-on experience with at least one no-code or low-code automation platform - Ability to interview stakeholders, map processes, and translate them into clear technical documentation - Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort communicating with non-technical partners - Understanding of data privacy, security, and governance practices for handling customer information

Nice to have

- Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for scripting and custom integrations - Experience with AI APIs, retrieval-augmented systems, or autonomous agent frameworks - Background integrating CRM or customer support platforms - Knowledge of authentication patterns such as OAuth - Experience defining and reporting on automation KPIs
