Role overview
A seasonal graphic design internship is open on a marketing team supporting an online casino and sportsbook brand. The intern contributes to visual asset production across digital channels while learning how creative decisions connect to player engagement and campaign performance. It is a hands-on, portfolio-building opportunity suited to someone early in their design career.
Responsibilities
- Design digital campaign assets for social media, banner ads, email, and in-app or web promotions - Produce graphics that support sportsbook promotions, casino game launches, and seasonal campaigns - Apply brand standards for typography, color, and visual identity across deliverables - Partner with marketers and content creators to develop campaign concepts from idea to finished piece - Adapt and resize existing artwork for mobile, web, and social formats - Organize design files, templates, and shared brand assets while juggling several small projects with shifting deadlines
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field - A portfolio (school, personal, or freelance work) demonstrating skill in layout, typography, and color - Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign is a plus - Understanding of composition, hierarchy, and visual communication principles - Comfort receiving feedback and iterating quickly - Strong attention to detail and consistency
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools - Interest in motion or animation using After Effects, Rive, or similar software - Curiosity about AI-assisted design tools - Prior internship, freelance, or coursework experience in a fast-paced or agency-style setting - Familiarity with sports betting, casino gaming, or entertainment brands
