Product Designer (Growth)

Role overview This role joins a dedicated product growth design team as the second designer embedded with a cross-functional squad. The focus is on activation, onboarding, monetization, user expansion, and referral loops, shipping minimum-viable solutions that test hypotheses quickly without sacrificing craft.

Responsibilities - Draft and propose product changes aimed at moving the needle on existing growth initiatives. - Participate in the experimentation lifecycle, learning from research and iterating based on results. - Contribute to a backlog of experiment ideas that address user friction through interaction design and prototyping. - Advocate for changes that support users' best interests while meeting business goals. - Balance experimentation velocity with a high bar for permanent, polished work. - Partner closely with product managers, researchers, fellow designers, and engineers to define problems, set experiment goals, and measure impact.

Requirements - 3–5+ years of product design experience, ideally including onboarding, growth, or monetization work. - Hands-on experience with growth tooling and approaches such as A/B testing and behavioral analytics platforms. - Familiarity with self-serve, product-led SaaS business motions. - Comfort interpreting experiment results to guide design decisions. - Ability to balance speed with quality of deliverables. - Experience working effectively in distributed, asynchronous environments.

Nice to have - Working familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, VPNs, or traffic routing. - An informed opinion on using LLM tools within design workflows for prototyping and user testing.
