Forward Deployed Engineer

Role overview Help large organizations move AI-powered creative workflows from demonstrations into production. You’ll work directly with customer teams to identify what is blocking adoption, build practical solutions, and turn successful one-off fixes into reusable product capabilities. The role combines hands-on technical work, customer delivery, and communication with both executives and engineers.

Responsibilities - Map customer workflows with creative, technical, and executive stakeholders to find blockers such as missing integrations, unproven processes, or unresolved decisions. - Build tailored proofs of concept, demos, plugins, integrations, and workflows using customer materials; contribute the strongest solutions back to shared products. - Own technical evaluations and managed trials, create evaluation plans, and support deal teams through technical discussions. - Plan and deliver scoped customer deployments, aligning success measures, staffing, timelines, and executive sponsorship. - Help customers reach production quickly, improve onboarding, and identify ways to expand from API use to broader platform adoption. - Bring customer needs and field learnings to product, engineering, and creative teams.

Requirements - Experience building and shipping production tools such as workflows, integrations, plugins, or internal applications, using Python or TypeScript and APIs. - Ability to read, debug, and explain code, including work created with coding agents, to customer engineering teams. - Experience deploying AI or machine learning systems inside complex organizations, with clear outcomes from the work. - Strong communication skills with both senior executives and technical teams; willingness to travel for customer work. - Practical, adaptive approach: test ideas with customers, learn from feedback, and iterate until the solution works.

Nice to have - Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or Retool. - Familiarity with media, entertainment, or advertising production.
