Junior Data Analyst (AI & Automation)

Role overview Build an AI-enabled reporting and automation foundation for financial planning and analysis. You’ll help move existing dashboards and recurring finance work into a cloud-based system, working with experienced finance colleagues who provide guidance on architecture, data logic, and controls.

Responsibilities - Develop reporting workflows and data infrastructure using cloud data and AI services. - Migrate dashboards and reports from spreadsheet and business intelligence tools. - Create pipelines that combine warehouse data, spreadsheets, and files from regional teams, with validation and error handling. - Build AI-assisted workflows for reports, commentary, and variance explanations. - Automate recurring work with SQL and scripting, and document systems so others can maintain them. - Support finance analyses while protecting data quality, access, and confidential information.

Requirements - Some practical experience working with data, including through a project, internship, or coursework. - Strong SQL skills; familiarity with joins, grouping, and querying is expected, with window functions useful. - Basic Python or JavaScript/Apps Script skills and an interest in writing maintainable code. - Practical interest in cloud data and AI tools; personal or course projects are relevant. - Regular use of AI assistants for coding or analysis, paired with careful review of their output. - Analytical judgment, attention to detail, independence, and understanding that financial data must be checked. - Fluent Polish and English at least at B2 level.
