Senior Product Analyst

Role overview As a Senior Product Analyst, you will help product teams make informed decisions by connecting customer and merchant behavior, product performance, and business outcomes. The role spans strategic analysis, experimentation, and analytics engineering, from shaping a question through to a clear recommendation and reusable data foundation.

Responsibilities - Partner with product managers to assess opportunities and tradeoffs and inform product strategy and roadmaps. - Turn open-ended product and business questions into hypotheses, analyses, and practical recommendations. - Study product funnels, adoption, retention, conversion, and monetization to find opportunities for improvement. - Design and assess experiments, including success measures, sample size, guardrails, and statistical interpretation. - Define product KPIs and measurement frameworks, and investigate changes in key metrics to identify causes and quantify impact. - Build reliable SQL and dbt models, dashboards, and self-service reporting; work with engineering and data teams on instrumentation and data needs.

Requirements - Strong experience in product analytics, experimentation, or a related analytical role, including work on ambiguous problems. - Proficiency in SQL and experience building analytical data models; familiarity with dbt. - Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sample sizing, and common sources of bias. - Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks for products, features, or business initiatives. - Proficiency with Python and experience building dashboards or reporting in BI or product analytics tools. - Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, engineering, data, finance, and revenue operations.

Nice to have - Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, payments, or another high-volume digital product environment. - Experience using AI tools in analytical workflows, with sound judgment in validating their outputs.
