Senior Product Designer

Role overview A senior product design role with a strong UI/UX focus on a product-first team. The position owns the end-to-end design lifecycle across web and mobile, pairing deep user research with high-craft visual execution. The designer partners closely with product, engineering, and marketing to evolve a shared design system.

Responsibilities - Lead the full product design process from problem framing through final delivery - Uncover and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and testing - Translate product and business goals into clear, intuitive interface solutions - Design polished user experiences for web and mobile with attention to layout, typography, and hierarchy - Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system used across the product - Produce supporting print assets such as brochures and event materials when needed - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to keep experiences consistent across touchpoints - Run design QA and iterate based on feedback and observed performance

Requirements - Seven or more years of product design experience spanning UX and UI - Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product design rather than visuals alone - Strong UX thinking, information architecture, and problem-solving skills - High level of UI craft and visual execution - Experience building and scaling design systems - Ability to work hands-on while contributing strategically - Track record of partnering effectively with engineering and product teams - Comfort operating autonomously in a remote, cross-timezone setup - Fluent spoken and written English

Nice to have - Background in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or decentralized technology products - Motion design skills including video production beyond micro-interactions - Illustration or custom visual asset creation - Basic front-end development familiarity - Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
