Job details
About this role
Role overview Lead product strategy for the experiences through which independent hoteliers review and act on revenue pricing recommendations, both in a core application and through partner property-management systems. The role owns outcomes and direction, turning complex pricing and forecasting capabilities into understandable decisions, while working across engineering, design, research, and business teams. The position is a one-year contract.
Responsibilities - Set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the product area, tied to adoption, retention, revenue impact, and expansion. - Decide which opportunities to pursue and explain trade-offs to stakeholders. - Shape how pricing recommendations appear across the application, partner integrations, and multi-property accounts. - Speak with hoteliers and partner with UX research to uncover workflow problems and turn findings into product direction. - Work with related product teams to make forecasting and pricing outputs clear, trustworthy, and actionable. - Define and track KPIs, assess what influenced changes, and guide work from opportunity discovery through measured results.
Requirements - At least five years as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, with ownership of outcomes. - Track record of simplifying complex systems for users. - Comfortable setting direction amid ambiguity and making trade-offs with incomplete information. - Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues, including leadership; able to influence across teams and maintain stakeholder relationships when declining requests. - Structured thinking, strong product judgment, curiosity, and willingness to learn from unsuccessful work. - Interest in how AI is changing software.
Nice to have - Experience in hospitality technology, revenue management systems, or pricing.
