Role overview
Define and lead a new product that lets customers create and deploy their own apps, automations, and AI agents within financial software. You’ll set the product vision and simplify a technically complex building process, from describing an idea and configuring data and tools to testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement. The role works closely with an AI platform team to make capabilities such as context, memory, permissions, and monitoring useful to customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify valuable customer problems and establish a product strategy that balances ambition, usability, and technical feasibility. - Own the end-to-end creation experience, including specification, configuration, testing, iteration, deployment, and improvement. - Partner with the AI platform team to expose context, memory, tools, skills, agent workflows, permissions, reliability, and observability through a coherent product. - Define success measures such as activation, adoption, quality and quantity of creations, deployment success, and repeat use. - Align Product, Engineering, Design, and leadership around priorities, trade-offs, and the product direction. - Turn customer feedback and product evidence into an evolving roadmap for an extensible AI product.
Requirements
- Senior product management experience, including ownership of complex products or workflows from strategy through delivery. - Ability to translate technical capabilities and customer needs into clear, useful product experiences. - Strong product judgment in areas involving automation, AI, user control, permissions, and reliability. - Experience defining product outcomes and using metrics to assess adoption, quality, and ongoing use. - Ability to build alignment across multidisciplinary teams and communicate product decisions clearly. - Curiosity about software, automation, and platforms that let customers adapt products to their own workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI agent platforms, developer ecosystems, low-code or no-code tools, workflow automation, open platforms, or product-led growth. - French language skills; experience in fintech, accounting, or financial software is useful but not required.
