Senior Growth Analyst

Role overview

A veterinary staffing marketplace is hiring a senior growth analyst to partner with product, go-to-market, and initiative leaders on identifying, sizing, and measuring the impact of growth opportunities. The role emphasizes a first-principles approach to data, supporting teams as they define north-star metrics, run trusted experiments, and prototype new data-driven workflows. You will operate across the full lifecycle of major product initiatives, from opportunity identification through to ongoing measurement and reporting.

Responsibilities

- Set and monitor objectives and core metrics for product initiatives alongside product and initiative leads - Build and maintain dashboards that track workstream progress for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership - Partner with the go-to-market team to find, scope, and measure the impact of growth levers - Translate analytical insights into clear execution direction for product teams - Investigate and size new growth opportunities in collaboration with product leadership - Identify interesting trends and run deep-dive analyses to surface actionable insights

Requirements

- Several years of experience running ad-hoc SQL investigations on large datasets that lead to actionable insights - 5+ years in a product or analytics role at a fast-growing marketplace startup - Deep understanding of marketplace metrics and ecosystem dynamics - Comfort expressing relationships with mathematical equations - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences - Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without authority
