Remote job
Global Head of Agentic Automation Capability
Job details
About this role
Role overview
This is a global senior leadership role owning the flagship applied AI and agentic automation capability for an enterprise consultancy. The position carries full P&L accountability, partner relationships, delivery methodology, and intellectual property for an offering that helps large organisations move AI projects from pilots into production. The mandate is to evolve an established automation practice into agentic AI delivery while protecting the revenue base that funds the transition.
Responsibilities
- Hold global P&L accountability for the agentic capability, including revenue growth, delivery economics, pricing architecture, and risk on outcome-based engagements. - Own the offering shelf: pricing guidance, reference architectures, demos, accelerators, and the commercial governance gate on major proposals. - Lead pre-sales personally on the largest, most complex, or most novel deals, and shape value directly with customer C-suite leaders. - Manage global partner and platform relationships, including co-sell motions, joint positioning, and certification standing. - Define delivery methodology, autonomy thresholds, evaluation standards, and guardrails for what reaches production. - Convert strong client delivery into reusable IP and represent the firm externally through thought leadership and analyst engagement. - Set and uphold the standard for delivery talent, developing leaders who outlast the role.
Requirements
- 15+ years in automation and digital transformation, with at least 5 years at Director or VP level leading globally distributed teams. - Full P&L ownership of an automation or AI practice, accountable for revenue, margin, and pricing. - Track record delivering enterprise-scale intelligent automation programmes end-to-end, from business case through adoption. - Deep fluency in agentic AI, including multi-agent orchestration, production deployment, evaluation, observability, and regulated compliance posture. - Working command of the automation and agentic platform landscape, including established vendors and emerging orchestration tooling. - Established partner and alliance relationships with a record of co-sell pipeline and joint go-to-market execution. - Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Benefits and work setup
- Global, full-time role with a flexible base location within the firm's operating regions. - Native or C2 proficiency in English and willingness to travel to client sites, partner events, and regional teams. - Applicants must be authorised to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; a comprehensive benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
