Implementation Program Manager

Role overview Lead customer implementation programs for an enterprise quoting and pricing solution. You’ll own delivery from planning through launch, coordinating technical work and stakeholders while ensuring each engagement meets its business goals, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities - Manage several implementation engagements, including complex programs, from start to finish. - Track delivery quality, project finances, risks, and overall performance; keep work on schedule and within budget. - Identify risks early and coordinate mitigation across teams. - Align implementations with customer business goals and support product adoption. - Communicate progress and decisions to technical teams and senior executives. - Coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams on work such as process mapping, data migration, integrations, and demonstrations.

Requirements - Experience in solutions engineering, architecture, or technical consulting, with end-to-end ownership of complex enterprise deals or implementations. - Confidence working with technical teams and senior business stakeholders. - Hands-on familiarity with CPQ and CRM systems, and a strong understanding of quoting, pricing, and approval workflows. - Working knowledge of ERP systems and their connections to order management, billing, and revenue recognition. - Proven experience delivering quote-to-cash programs. - Clear communication skills that connect technical details to business needs, and willingness to spend time in San Francisco during onboarding and travel as needed.

Nice to have - Direct experience selling or implementing CPQ solutions. - Comfort working with data models and pricing schemas. - Experience in an early-stage company with end-to-end delivery ownership.
