Job details
About this role
Role overview
Design and implement security controls for cloud and enterprise systems, with particular focus on AI adoption and AI-powered products. This hands-on role combines security architecture, automation, threat analysis, and operational delivery, working with engineering, IT, security champions, and external auditors.
Responsibilities
- Turn security architecture into workable controls, identify gaps, and track residual risks through remediation. - Enforce preventive cloud and enterprise controls through policy-as-code and infrastructure-as-code, including rules for AI tools and models. - Establish identity and access boundaries for people, AI systems, and non-human or agent identities. - Automate security tasks such as evidence gathering, access reviews, and alert enrichment; operate AI-assisted agents with human approval gates and least-privilege access. - Connect security tools with language-model systems to produce actionable findings, and define protections for AI features such as prompt-injection mitigation and safe data handling. - Threat-model AI systems and assess vendors, emerging threats, and risks involving AI data pipelines.
Requirements
- At least five years in security engineering, with practical depth in AI/ML security, including areas such as prompt injection, model supply chains, adversarial inputs, or retrieval-augmented generation. - Experience with LLM tools, frameworks, or APIs and with building or operating AI agents in production. - Strong identity and access management experience across enterprise and cloud environments. - Familiarity with infrastructure and policy-as-code, such as Terraform or OPA/Rego, plus scripting skills; Python is preferred. - Cloud security experience, including governance and preventive controls; application security and threat-modeling knowledge. - Working knowledge of SOC 2 or ISO 27001 and relevant privacy considerations.
