Senior Implementation Consultant

Role overview

This senior role focuses on designing and delivering scalable technical solutions for complex enterprise onboarding projects within a SaaS commerce platform used by brands, suppliers, and retailers. The consultant acts as a trusted technical advisor to strategic clients while mentoring teammates and improving internal processes.

Responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic accounts - Own technical implementation and optimization of high-impact projects, including API integrations, FTP, and product data feeds - Serve as the primary technical contact for advanced issues across software, feeds, and integrations - Provide expert-level platform training and consultation to client stakeholders - Mentor junior client success engineers and drive cross-functional process improvements - Develop enablement resources such as webinars, videos, and documentation to scale onboarding - Represent the client's voice in product feedback loops and take ownership of high-risk situations

Requirements

- 3+ years in a client-facing technical SaaS role focused on onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise clients - Deep experience with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP protocols - Advanced expertise with REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting - Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex client projects simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

Nice to have

- 5+ years in client-facing SaaS technical roles - Additional language proficiency - Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude to improve productivity
