Role overview
This is a senior post-sales Technical Account Manager role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position partners with enterprise customers to ensure successful adoption of a leading data resilience and protection platform, acting as a trusted advisor across architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimisation. The scope blends technical consulting, project leadership, and long-term account management for mission-critical data and AI infrastructure environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sales technical engagements, including planning, architecture, coordination, and delivery oversight for data protection and monitoring solutions. - Provide end-to-end project guidance spanning project plans, schedules, communication plans, resource plans, and regular status updates. - Assess customer environments, design fit-for-purpose solutions, and resolve post-installation technical issues. - Estimate implementation effort and produce white papers, solution guides, best-practice documents, and custom technical documentation. - Deliver onsite knowledge-transfer sessions and document configurations and completed activities. - Analyse installed environments and recommend optimal configurations, while serving as the liaison between the customer and internal support teams. - Identify additional opportunities where the platform can address further customer needs, and contribute feedback to improve internal processes and documentation.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in the IT industry. - Industry credentials such as VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, or equivalent, plus project management frameworks such as Prince2, ITIL, or PMP. - A bachelor's degree in a technology discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience). - Hands-on experience with core data resilience, backup, and recovery products. - Demonstrated consulting and project management background with the ability to run multiple accounts in parallel. - Deep familiarity with virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), enterprise storage and backup architectures, networking protocols and equipment, enterprise applications (Exchange, SQL, Oracle), Kubernetes platforms, data centre and business continuity practices, and working knowledge of cloud and security technologies.

- Familiarity with disruptive storage platforms and emerging data management, protection, and analytics tooling.
Benefits and work setup
