Senior Implementation Consultant

Role overview

This senior role focuses on designing and delivering scalable technical solutions for complex enterprise onboarding projects within a SaaS commerce platform that connects brands, suppliers, and retailers. The consultant acts as a trusted technical advisor to strategic clients, bridging discovery with delivery while mentoring teammates and elevating client outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic accounts - Own technical implementation and optimization of high-impact projects, customizing solutions to unique business requirements - Serve as the primary technical contact for advanced issues spanning software, product data feeds, API integrations, and FTP - Provide expert-level platform training and consultation to client stakeholders - Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to resolve technical challenges - Mentor junior client success engineers and build enablement resources like webinars, videos, and documentation - Leverage AI for recurring deliverables such as implementation planning, client documentation, troubleshooting research, and enablement content

Requirements

- 3+ years in a client-facing technical SaaS role focused on onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise clients - Deep experience with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP protocols - Advanced expertise with REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting - Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex client projects simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

Nice to have

- 5+ years in client-facing SaaS technical roles - Additional language proficiency - Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude
