Support Engineer, SAP PP-PM (Evergreen)

Role overview Deliver exceptional remote support for mission-critical SAP applications across global client environments running both legacy 4.x/ECC and current releases. The position focuses on Production Planning and Plant Maintenance modules, with responsibility for incident resolution, service requests, enhancements, and small projects within established SLAs.

Responsibilities - Provide Level 3 support across incident, problem, and service request management, including replication, workaround delivery, and root cause analysis. - Coordinate with business users, technical developers, and cross-module consultants to test bug fixes and validate message and interface flows. - Manage master data and configuration changes for Work Orders, Notifications, Order and Notification Types, Code Groups, Tasks, and capacity scheduling. - Support enhancements and integration projects through requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, UAT, cut-over, and hypercare. - Work with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or equivalents, monitor alerts in client environments, and adhere to time-tracking and compliance processes. - Participate in knowledge sharing, job shadowing, reverse job shadowing, and continuous improvement of existing processes.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. - 5 to 9 years of relevant domain experience. - Strong functional capability in SAP PM and PP, including MTO/MTS, repetitive manufacturing, PP-PI, PP-DS, Variant Configuration, and Batch Management. - Working knowledge of integrations with MM, SD, FICO, QM, and ISU, plus reporting using SE16/SE16N. - Familiarity with ticketing tools, ServiceNow or related platforms, and understanding of Traditional and Agile project management. - Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have - Technical understanding at the ABAP level with the ability to debug standard transactions. - Experience with eCATT or other test scripting tools, LSMW or similar data loading utilities, and FIORI integration. - Certification as a SAP consultant.
