Support Engineer, SAP MM / WM / eWM (Evergreen)

Role overview Provide remote, high-quality support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of a global customer support organization. The role centers on troubleshooting complex issues, configuring best practices, and delivering fixes for SAP MM, WM, and eWM modules in highly customized enterprise environments. This position supports clients across multiple regions and requires fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities - Diagnose and resolve complex SAP application issues through methodical troubleshooting. - Configure and advise on best practices for MM, WM, and eWM modules. - Support country-specific localization requirements, including Brazilian and Mexican tax and regulatory processes. - Develop break fixes for critical product defects or collaborate with developers on solutions. - Document solutions, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials for clients and internal teams. - Participate in a 24x7x365 support organization, including flexible hours when needed.

Requirements - Five or more years of SAP experience with strong expertise in MM and either WM or eWM. - Five or more years supporting application end users in a corporate environment. - Proven experience with MM-WM and MM-eWM integration, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Experience supporting customized environments including Z routines, user exits, and enhancements. - Demonstrated success managing critical incidents within SLA-driven support environments. - Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Nice to have - SAP certification(s). - Experience with country-specific localizations and global implementations. - Prior consulting background. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
