Support Engineer, SAP BW (Evergreen)

Role overview Provide expert remote support for mission-critical SAP BW landscapes spanning 4.x, ECC, and HANA environments. The role centers on BW architecture, data modeling, ETL, performance troubleshooting, and integration within highly customized client systems, with SAC exposure treated as secondary.

Responsibilities - Investigate and resolve complex SAP BW issues involving data loads, InfoProviders, queries, and performance bottlenecks. - Partner with customers to gather requirements, recommend best practices, and deliver consistently high-quality support for heavily customized environments. - Develop and ship fixes for BW defects and data integrity problems, including scripting work where appropriate. - Act as a technical and functional advisor for assigned key accounts. - Use proprietary tools and remote access to troubleshoot in test and production-like client systems. - Participate in a 24x7x365 global support rotation, including flexible hours outside standard business windows. - Contribute to internal knowledge bases, diagnostic tools, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of SAP experience with deep BW, Basis, NetWeaver, and integration knowledge. - Strong background in BW modeling, ETL, BEx, and performance tuning. - Experience working with major enterprise databases and operating system platforms. - Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
