Field IT Engineer (Utah & Colorado)

Role overview A field-based IT engineering role responsible for keeping IT operations running smoothly across multiple locations in Colorado and Utah. The position blends hands-on technical work with relationship building, acting as the key liaison between field staff, management, vendors, and corporate IT.

Responsibilities - Provide level-two support for WANs, LANs, field servers, and specific field applications, including on-call and on-site remediation. - Act as an effective liaison between field staff, management, vendors, and corporate IT. - Identify, implement, and report proactive solutions that deliver cost savings or improve operational efficiencies at field locations. - Participate in the installation, replacement, and disposal of field computer hardware and manage on-site IT infrastructure. - Troubleshoot and administer Cisco VOIP phone system installations, including user adds, changes, and moves. - Coordinate with third-party consultants and maintain vendor relationships for cabling, hardware, software, and other IT supplies. - Provide timely reports on activities as directed by management.

Requirements - Four years of computer network experience. - Hands-on experience with Cisco VOIP and UCCE. - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. - Minimum of two years of hands-on network experience. - Willingness to travel up to 75% within the Colorado and Utah territory, approximately three days per week.
